ARRIOUS BAILEY
Arrious Bailey is a graduate of OGLE (Pantego) and has been in the industry for years behind the scenes. Ms. Bailey opened Dallas Lash Lounge in 2011 she their gained a passion for teaching and Certifying students in their trade, Which then prompted the opening of The Dallas Lash Academy. Ms. B has Instructed and Lead students and Certified Instructors over 10 years in cosmetology/Esthetics field. Ms. Bailey is a serial entrepreneur and has opened several businesses hired,supervised and coached some of the best leader in the industry as well as numerous employees, and office staff. Ms. Bailey Also Founded Fresh Start Foundation a Non Profit that helps in public speaking community awareness and tuition assistance. She has come to recognize that there is a need for a training facility’s dedicated to their students end story making providing training to students that that train and learn more than the craft to prepare for today’s society by networking and creating Generational wealth and leaving school without Debt. The year of 2020 had so many challenges and lots of career changes which then prompted some additional career field additions to teach us as a community and a world to expect the unexpected. As a result, Ms. Bailey established a new into the program in order to further the community additional employment opportunities with all the changes in the world in an array of additional medical programs and HVAC and Electrical and“I cant wait to see what this next generation does with all this Power”
Montrice Thomas
Director of Administration & Human Resources, was born & raised in Dallas, TX. She graduated from Justin F. Kimball H.S. which is located right here in Oak Cliff. After high-school Ms. Thomas enlisted in the US Army and completed her training in Ft. Jackson, SC & Aberdeen, MD. Upon returning to Dallas Ms. Thomas had a successful career in Loss Recovery & Loss Mitigation, which is how she met DLA founder Ms. Bailey, joining the team in October 2016.
